WHERE AI MEETS SUSTAINABILITY AND COMPLIANCE.

Academic researcher and practitioner bridging artificial intelligence with sustainability strategy and regulatory compliance for a resilient future.

“I don't just teach theory — I bring 17 years of boardroom experience into the classroom, and the latest research back into business.”

I'm here as…
For organisations

ADVICE GROUNDED IN RESEARCH, TESTED IN THE BOARDROOM.

Organisations come here when a question sits between disciplines: what the EU AI Act means for a data platform, how CSRD reshapes an operating model, where supply-chain decisions meet ESG scrutiny. I work on exactly those intersections — as a researcher who publishes in them and a practitioner who has led them in industry.

01

Executive education, in-house

Compact, decision-oriented sessions for leadership teams — AI governance, sustainability regulation and compliance strategy taught the way I teach EMBA classes: on your cases, not textbook ones.

02

Independent advisory

A research-grounded second opinion on AI, ESG and compliance decisions — regulatory readiness, governance design, reporting strategy — delivered as an independent academic voice at the table.

03

Keynotes & briefings

Conference keynotes and board briefings on where AI, sustainability and regulation are heading — and what that direction means for your sector.

A note on how this practice works: my day-to-day home is Lingaro Group, where I lead a practice serving Fortune-listed organisations. Independent engagements are deliberately complementary to that work — education, research perspective and independent expertise, not a competing delivery organisation.

For universities

A PRACTICING ACADEMIC FOR YOUR PROGRAMME.

Business schools use the term practicing academic for faculty who carry live industry practice into the classroom. That is the offer: courses on AI, sustainability and compliance taught by someone who advises on them the other four days of the week — university professor at Paris School of Business and IPAG Business School, academic lecturer at UNS (University of Applied Sciences in Łódź) and VIZJA University.

Flagship course and workshops

About me
Dr. Mateusz Panek

AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO AI, SUSTAINABILITY,
AND COMPLIANCE.

Triple doctorate holder (PhD, LLD, DBA) with 17 years of international experience in the intersection of artificial intelligence, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

My career began in operations and strategic management — restructuring supply chains, leading logistics turnarounds, and driving international growth for companies across Europe. That hands-on operational foundation is what I now bring to sustainability strategy and AI-driven compliance, having created and scaled a dedicated practice serving Fortune-listed organizations at Lingaro Group. I bring boardroom insight into academic teaching, ensuring students engage with real-world scenarios, not theoretical abstractions.

My work moves between enterprise consulting, executive education, and independent advisory — bridging the gap between what regulators demand and what organizations can realistically deliver. I work with organizations navigating the AI revolution, sustainability regulation — from CSRD and GRI to the EU AI Act and PPWR — and the broader shift toward accountable, data-driven governance.

My teaching philosophy: merge 17 years of international business experience with cutting-edge research. My students don't just learn frameworks — they learn to think critically about technology's role in building a sustainable, compliant, and human-centered future.
